Product Warranty

Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd, warrants each trailer it manufactures to the original purchaser only, excluding all equipment and accessories not manufactured by Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd, to be free from defect in materials and workmanship manufactured by Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd, only for a period of one year from the date of purchase by the original purchaser, consumer, only. In the event of defect, malfunction, or failure of the trailer to conform with this written warranty, Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd shall repair or cause to be repaired, with labour and materials free of charge, all items in warranty when the original purchaser consumer notifies Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd, or the authorized dealer from which the trailer was purchased, in writing. All freight and transportation to and from Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd, and/or the authorized dealer from which the trailer was purchased shall be the sole responsibility for the original purchaser, consumer requesting the warranty repair. This Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd limited warranty is expressly in lieu of any other expressed warranty, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd. This is a Limited Warranty and the following identifies what is not covered. Provisions of this Limited Warranty shall not apply to any product which is found to have been modified or altered in any way; nor shall the warranty apply to any defect or malfunction which was caused by damage, unreasonable use, or failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance. This warranty will not cover damage caused by overloading the trailer beyond stated capacities or the improper weight distribution of the load, i.e. the weight is not distributed equally over the entire deck, and the weight of the tongue does not exceed 80kg. Due to corrosive conditions a trailer may be exposed, rust formation is not covered. The warranty does not cover lights, wiring, couplers, springs, tyres, wheels, hubs, seals, bearings, as their respective manufacturer warrants these items separately. Any implied warranties, obligations or liabilities, including but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, shall be limited in duration to the one year duration of this written limited warranty. The use of any product, manufactured by Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd, as part of a rental fleet, or use for commercial purposes, voids this warranty. Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages or breach of this or any other warranty, expressed or implied. Alterations: Fun-a-Galore Fold Away (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to make small alternations to the products according to our Review and Enhancement policy.
